Each license comes with 2 lines, however as this is VoIP there isn’t a limit of how many calls can be concurrent. If in busy environments we can add call queue for added functionality, call centre options are available.

Yes, you are able to port over your numbers, it's super simple.

Can we set up call groups, hunt groups, or auto attendants?

Yes you can set up call groups, hunt groups or auto attendants with this product.

Do you have failover or disaster recovery options if the internet goes down?

Our VoIP options ensure that disaster recovery is built in at the core, meaning that if your internet should suffer from an outage then our system will automatically reroute the calls to a destination of your choice.

Is it compliant with UK regulations (e.g., Ofcom, GDPR)?

Yes this is complaint for both Ofcom & GDPR.

How is the service priced – per user, per call, or a flat rate?

We charge a flat rate per user of £14.96 per month (Ex. VAT). Each user gets 2,000 minutes to mobile and landline numbers per month.

Is there a minimum contract term?

The minimum term contract is 36 months.

Are there charges for international or mobile calls?

Calls to UK standard mobile networks are included in our package, international calls are chargeable & these rates can be supplied on request

Can we connect it with Microsoft Teams, Zoom, or other platforms?
